Standard Cottage Type
Manufactured in a range of sizes from 450mm (18") in 75mm
(3") increments up to 2000mm (6'6") then 150mm increments
up to 3150mm (10'6") approx.
Most typically used in block and render construction with a
75mm (3") projection each side of window opening.
Suitable for all house sizes from small cottages to larger detached
homes.
Traditional Deep Type
Manufactured in a range of sizes from 440mm in 1/2 brick increments
up to 2015mm. Most typically used in block and render construction
however, are manufactured in lengths to fit brickwork openings
with a 1/2 brick (102mm) projection to each side of window opening.
Suitable for larger type town houses, large country houses,
and especially Georgian style with sliding sash windows.
102mm stool ends available to bond to sill ends for application
were a stooled end is required for face brickwork.
